Picobello Wiona
In the 1st qualification round, a test against the clock, she finished 2nd on Picobello Wiona (Nabab de rêve) and 4th on Picobello Copy. Picobello Adore (Argentinus x Orlando) under Guillaume also showed her qualities. At her young age, only 6 years old and little experienced on this level, she shows that she has inherited the qualities from her mother Only Picobello ( Orlando x Papillon Rouge). In the 2nd round both horses received 4 penalties, which brought the total for the final to 4. Contrary to the Amazons Championship, Julie-Pascale chose the mare Picobello Wiona. With 6 double zeros Picobello Wiona came the 7th last one at the jump-off. She kept the score board on zero, just like 5 of the others behind her. After one had made a fault, Julie-Pascale was able to move forward in the ranking. After the 2nd round in the final, Julie-Pascale was able to keep the score board on zero, but 3 riders after her made a fault. For this reason a jump-off was necessary for the 3rd place among those with 4 penalty points. With 5 in the jump-off, Wiona wasn't fast enough and the pair managed a well deserved 5th place. In the day rankings, Julie-Pascale secured 2nd place.
In all weathers, as was certainly the case at this jumping competition, there was a very strong turnout for the final. Bjorn Vandenbossche gave a tremendous performance and was a worthy winner of the 2012 edition. The participating horses from Picobello have again done their very best and gained another experience.
