Diamond of Picobello Z originates from a famous thoroughbred family. Grandmother, Vetrichta (Abgar XX x Lucky Boy), gave birth to a number of approved breeding stallions and also to the mare Copy Picobello Z, mother of Diamond of Picobello Z. The latter is a half sister of Otrichta, who has been the junior horse of both Julie-Pascale and Guillaume. Otrichta was also very successful in every 1,40-1,45 competition she entered. At the end of her career she gave birth to an Aertbreaker descendant, Act of Picobello Z, who has in the meantime been sold to South Africa.
This season Diamond of Picobello Z will participate in the Wellington circuit in America under the saddle of Candice King. Meanwhile they achieved 1st place 3 times and 2nd place and 4th place once in the 7 year old category. This resulted in taking the lead in the overall ranking for 7 year old horses.
