On Thursday, the CSI2* held in Bonheiden started with a 2 phase round for the category of 5 year old horses. It was where Best Choice Picobello Z made his first appearance at an international level and was immediately able to secure a 5th place. On Saturday, there was an exciting round with a separate jump-off for the final for 5 year old horses, whereby the Zangersheide approved multi-coloured stud horse finished in 4th place.
For the first time, Guillaume and Best Choice Picobello Z appeared together at the start and immediately left their mark. There was enormous interest in Best Choice Picobello Z as well as in his sperm. Just before the start of the busy mating season, Best Choice Picobello Z will be deployed for 2 weeks for sperm collection.
